Warranty Process

We first judge the cause of the failure through online methods, and then provide a variety of warranty solutions.

 

1: It's just a simple part damage, we send the accessories to the customer for replacement, and there is a teaching video for replacement.

2: If the motherboard is damaged, we will send the motherboard to the customer for replacement, and there is a teaching video for replacement.

3: Customers can also go to the local repair shop for repairs, and we will be responsible for all costs and accessories.

4: The customer returns the machine to China, and we are responsible for it.

NOTE: Shipping costs for accessories and motherboards are not included.
