A grid-tie inverter is a device that converts direct current (DC) into alternating current (AC), allowing electricity to be fed directly into the home grid and effectively reducing your electricity bills. The inverter supports an 16-28V DC input range, compatible with panels featuring 0pen circuit voltage Voc of 20-24V, and can handle up to 500W of power. When connect the solar panel first, and the positive and negative electrodesof the panel and the machine must be firmly connected.

The inverter can only be powered by 12V batteries. If the battery voltage is lower than 11V, the inverter will automatically stop and cut off the grid output to protect the battery from over-discharge and prolong the batter life.
